Add up everything you staked from Monday to Sunday. Then add up every payout you received from bets that won — a payout is your stake back plus your profit on that bet. Subtract the payouts from the stakes.

If you staked more than came back to you, that difference is your net loss — and that’s what your 10% cashback is based on.

Example: Over the week you stake K500 in total. Your winning bets pay K300 back into your wallet. You’re K200 down, so your net loss is K200 — and you get 10% of that, K20, in cash on Monday.

• Cashback is 10% of your net loss. Net loss = the total you staked on Casino and Lotto between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59 the previous week, minus the total paid back to you from bets that won (each payout being your stake plus any profit). Only a positive net loss qualifies.
